Scope Of Work
This project involved core and shell and interiors of a new 12-story, 750,000 sf medical office building (MOB) for Baylor Health. The MOB consists of 175,000 sf of medical office and six levels of above ground parking. It also includes a pharmacy, optometry, physical therapy, radiology and a sleep center. The MOB is expected to be completed by August 2015.
